viper alarms

well i got a viper alarm in my truck i like it but its from 97 and trying to get another remote is exspesive so i was wondering if anyone could tell me a little about the viper 350 plus and viper 5101 which is better and why? thanks

Pretty sure I have the 5101 I would have to double check but I think thats the one I got it...if so I dont really like it not very user friendly
