I have wired up a viper alarm system model 5305V the problem I am having is the 15 amp fuse that connects to the 12v+ constant power blows when I click unlock on the key fob but doesn’t blow on the door switches. The fuse doesn’t blow either when I lock the doors on the key fob. I used an install essentials 451M door lock relay for the locks, idk what could be causing this to happen.

Have you contacted Viper about this problem first.
Without "touchy feely", and this not a normal stock GM part it may more difficult to solve. And you have double checked your wire diagrams against your installation. First I would find out where the excess draw is coming from. The circuit that is powered during unlock cycle. How many items are being powered when you function the unlock? Add up how many amps each item draws. Providing your wiring is correct, either too many items are drawing current exceeding the fuse capacity, or there is a short on the unlock circuit.
Have you swapped relay's?
