Vent Mode actuator calibration/reset procedure?

I know that on some of the newer Chevy stuff you can do a procedure to reset the actuators for the Vent Mode Door and Blend Door actuators. Is there a way to do that on a 95? It generally involves pulling the fuse for the HVAC, figured I'd try either way. My Vent Mode door doesnt have full travel and if I select dash vent only, it only blows light air through the vents, but the floor vents still flow as well. Figured I'd try to reset the actuator before replacing it.
