Under drive pulley and electric fans

I am about to replace all my AC components and was thinking it would be a good time to replace my engine driven fan with electric and put on an under drive pulley. In Alabama it gets 100° frequently so I want the best fans possible. All the cooling system is new from the hoses to thermostat to radiator. Finally are the under drive pulled worth it on a L31 and if so which one should I order? I have one on my Trailblazer SS and it helped

Now I got name jacked!! Jk. I would stay away from pulleys on these trucks imo.
