Can't seem to find a good process anywhere on how to actually use a torsion bar tool...

Anybody care to elaborate?

Wait...I think I got it...

You push the key up towards the cab with the tool, then loosen the adjuster bolt until that assembly can turn and fall out (forgive me I haven't been under my truck in a while), then slowly loosen the tool until the key is loose?

Pretty much got it. With the key pushed up with the tool you can remove the bolt and then the threaded block gets pushed out from the side. With those rekoved undo the that tool until key is no longer loaded.
