Toneau cover

A guy has offered me a soft toneau cover, says it fits a 99-06 short box....Wondering if it will fit my 97 shortbox (6 1/2 ft)?
Not sure if there is a framework or what with it...

Only way to check would be to measure a 99-06 box. Gmt400 boxes get narrower front to rear.

if its a ccsb then on but if its ecsb it will
