Replaced it with a Delphi pump from autozone. Supposed to be a good brand right?

I question their quality now since the fuel pumps are made in china now

Delphi = Tier 1 Supplier for OEMs so yes good brand.

EDIT: EVERYTHING is made in China or Mexico, but if GM or Ford trusts Delphi then I do too.

Never seen a Delphi part assigned a "line" before, although I've only ever used/sold their fuel pumps. Didn't know they got bought by BW but I think that makes me like them even more haha.

Basically if Delphi makes a fuel pump for your rig its a decent one - I can't speak on any of their other products, but I'm running a Delphi pump right now, and I've sold a dozen or so and never had a comeback.
