I have an aeromotive regulator, don't remember the number offhand, but they make good stuff.
Mount looks clean.

Absolutely they are not!!! Haha And thank you sir for the fix! Solid idea!As you implied earlier, those sheet metal screws aren't gonna cut it on the intercoolers. The easy way out is to pop some rivnuts in where the screws are threaded in now. Then you could secure them with 1/4"-20 screws.

Here's my solution and little thought behind it. That truck will see 130+ mph..... so everything in the front end needs to be over the top solid.
I'm a good welder, but I have a friend that has welded for living for 35 years and one if the best tig welders I know. I built a set of kick panels for him and he's gonna come do all my welding...
So long story, haha, its all gonna be welded.
Nice. So the only purpose the current mounts serve is basically to be a jig.
I recently got back into that hobby after 20 years out of it, I'd forgotten how much fun it is. Of course I went overboard with it, I got a bunch. All electric, from 1/5 scale down to 1/24.They do make good stuff!!!! I was HUGE into RC car for about 10 years in the late 90s and early 2000. I got big into AVOX brushless RC car motors, they were the baddest on the planet, so when I started reading about Aeromotive's brushless line, it was a no brainer to me! They are variable speed so lower heat quench on the fuel, slightly quieter, and it pumps 7 gallons every minute!! Ha
Thank you sir! Thats the car stereo installer coming out in me! Lol
