Temperature Sensors?

Does anyone know which AC Delco part #'s are correct for the PCM coolant temp sensor, and the gauge temp sensor? I want to make sure I replace the right two as well. My gauge one has a poor connection (plug is very loose) and the gauge can be erratic, or non-operative.
