Stupid question about brake shoes

1995 c3500 dually 2wd. Just did rear brakes, all new, drums, shoes, springs, etc. Everything but wheel cylinders. Now I get a bad vibration/shake when braking and coming to a stop????? Doing fronts this minute and there damn near new, but doing them anyways. Any thoughts, there was no shake or vibration before??????
I'm still up in the air as to which shoe is primary and secondary, I've heard both???

What size brakes are on the rear of your truck? Never mind ,I forgot that dually have 13x 2 1/2" shoes

The primary shoe has the short lining/pad/Shoe and the secondary shoe is obviously the longer lining/pad/shoe.

Short shoes in front. Make sure the shoes aren't contaminated with grease or brake fluid. Mine were gunked with brake fluid, and I successfully cleaned them with rubbing alcohol.

Yeah, that's how I have it, all new,,,,, stumped.

Yeah, im chasing it and can't figure it out.

I would suspect warped drums,even though they're new there's no guarantee they are perfectly round.Got a dial indicator to check the runout?

The drums I put on my Saturn aren't quite concentric and I bet yours aren't either. How bad are the originals that you took off? Can you throw them back on at least for a test drive?
