I'm pretty sure it's just a GN doghouse.

What this guy said....would be a super easy mod. Hardest part would be finding the parts to complete the GN look. The actual install would be cake.

I would have went with a GN station wagon, myself. Also would have better traction with the weight over the rear wheels. But I'm a wagon fan.

Yup, and with a wagon ( or Tahoe/ Yukon/Jimmy/ Burb which are just larger station wagons) you can carry lots of stuff and not have to worry about it getting wet if the weather changes ( like with a pickup or open trailer). See "Daily Truck Pics" page 349, for my Burb at Conroe swap meet......besides the expense, would have been too hard to maneuver with a trailer in that building when it's full of swap meet vendors/merchandise.
