What is this? It's a GN but with a Camino bed? Is that done by a company or a one off by a private owner?

I'm pretty sure it's just a GN doghouse.

Its a 1 off custom. Not sure if it was done at a custom shop, or just a very good car guy. Not something GM ever built. I have seen GTO front clips on 68-72 El Caminos too. Here are a few pics.
