It seems that my front bumper is bent downward slightly (see pics). I want to install my new brush guard, but seeing as how it mounts to the bumper I think this might create a problem.

Here's my idea: Jack the front end up with a screw jack, and place a jack stand under the bumper in front of where it mounts to each frame rail (two jack stands), and slowly let the screw jack down and see if it helps.

Any other ideas?

im not sure of the correct way but i hooked on to mine with an engine puller one time and jacked it up slowly until bent back into place.. i would raise it then lower it and keep measuring and checking it.. eventually it ended up perfect.

If both ends are twisted up it could be possible to correct it by loosening the outer brackets and repositioning them
