Speedometer Recalculateion 1991 GMC Sierra

I installed 22" rear rims with 295/35/22" tires and speedo is not accurate as in showing less MPH. Does this 700R4 need a computer recalculation.... if so who performs this type of work? Thanks in advance for responding to my question!

Calibration is done on the backside of the instrument cluster.
