Shock problem

Both have the same part number and both are 19 inches long they are hydrologic instead of gas that may be the problem

If both are the same length then problem elsewhere. Measure ride height, check installed parts, bent shock mount etc. Did you tighten up suspension bolts/bushings with the suspension hanging or with weight on suspension on either or both sides? Might need to loosen everything you touched that's bolted through a bushing and jounce the truck a few times to settle the suspension. Then re-tighten.

Sounds like your missing or didn’t install the shock extender when you lowered it
