No Texas stickers on the windshield so it aint a Texas truck.

for that scuff i would use any polish first and see how it comes out. If your not happy get some turtle wax medium rubbing compound, buff it by hand with an applicator pad, wipe it clean and buff with the polish again. Then wax the tailgate after since you just removed all the protective wax and oils.
