Could also grind off the winch aspect,grab yourself a plate and either drill & tap it or weld in a long enough piece of all-thread or 2 that goes through your lugnut holes on the rim,use those for retention. Makes roadside lifting/dropping kinda suck,but if you keep a jack with you behind the backseat it works out decent

I relocated the winch so that it's accessible through a hole i drilled in the bed . The 3 bolt heads are holding the winch. Tire hangs in the original location
