No rubbing, though I had to remove my nice mud flaps because they were too thick, so I had to get some cheap thin ones to keep the rocks from chipping the paint. When I had it at the factory rake, 265s rubbed when I had 4" bs wheels, I was kinda pissed because I wasn't able to run the rims I wanted, but it was the bs of them that was affecting it, which I didn't realize at the time. Once I was able to have the truck leveled, I was able to run some 4.25" bs wheels (which I have on now, used to be my dad's) and they don't rub, thankfully.
From what I have read online, the Husky leafs on RockAuto are good. I noticed my 97 too is starting to lean on one side so I'm probably going to need new leafs in the future if I plan on driving it another few years.
