removed the clear off my stock wheels and this is what I got.

So i removed the clear off my wheels and this is what i got. how can i get rid of these spots? I tried polishing them but it really didn't do anything

looks like some of the clear is still on there? Water sand them with some 1500 and then try polishing them see if that works

You have to smooth out that oxidation. It looks pretty bad, I'd start out with 600 or 800 grit and work your way up to 2000 grit then polish.
