So after days of reading and reading part numbers and what works and doesn't work. I made this list to see if it can benefit anyone.

To use the chevette brake lines you need to file off a little material, took 5 minutes per. Cover port with tape.

Step bit made quick work of enlarging the holes to 5/8", took 5 minutes each rotor.

Removed backing plate but grinder and cutoff wheel.

Modifying Caliper bracket to go over a lip the axle flange has so that it would sit flush, longest process of it all. 15-20 minutes per.

Just to add, yes, caddy calipers can be used, you use your existing brake cable but have to make a spacer.

Also, update after a couple weeks of driving these brakes work great!
