Wouldn't doing that mean I have to change rims too?
Because all the NBS trucks use the 6 lug bolt pattern.

The bolt pattern I have is 5 Lug.

He meant look at my second post where I say for e-brake applications you use Cadillac calipers.

Update, everything is working good. Even pad wear, I wish I would have purchased low dust pads though.

This is awesome! I've been looking for a low cost solution with oem parts that would allow for this swap. Everything I've found prior to this was all aftermarket stuff for 10x as much.

So to be clear, in order to have an ebrake you need to use an eldorado caliper?

Early 80's Eldorado's rear calipers have the parking brake and have been used with success.
