Hey everyone, I got a 92 Chevy k1500, doing a crate motor swap and a 5 speed swap...not an easy job but definitely gonna be worth it! So I want to put in a touch screen radio. I have been looking at double dins ND single dins and found a kit that allows you to put a double din radio where the old cassette player would go. So what I'm wondering is, will the shifter be fine going into 5 gear? Or does the radio bump out too far? Should I go with a single din radio with a drop down touch screen? Comments and suggestions welcome, please!
