HELP! radio wiring help asap

Hi all so i have a 93 k2500 with a aftermarket radio i bought the truck with, i am installing subs, and i went to go hook up my 12v key on to the blue wire coming from the harness connector, i tested it with a light it can on with key in acc and on and run positions, but now i am testing it with a test light it doesn’t light up at all and my radio doesn’t turn on now, Please help where should i go to look first, help!!!

Power is available with key in " run " at run and accessory position. In " accessory" position, only accessory circuit
Fuse? Turn key ?
