Radiator question???

Hey guys.
Having some trouble with this damn Yukon I bought a few months ago.
The most recent is the radiator.
On the passenger side, there is the cap, the tube that goes to the overflow bottle, and then a capped off line.
That is the one I am asking about.
Where is it supposed to go?
It is a 99 Yukon with the tow package and 4wd.
If I am leaving out anything, just let me know.

The spot thats capped off is used on the pre vortec trucks (not always but most of the time) for the return line from the heater core. On 96+ trucks the return for the heater core goes directly to the water pump.
