Protecting Wheels

I recently stripped a set of wheels I picked up and i would like to know if anyone has a method to protect them from the elements. Is there a product you can buy that helps seal them per say

Just use a good polish and they'll be fine... Make sure you wash the brake dust off frequently!

Don't know what you have but they have a sealer for aluminum rims... It comes in a wax form.. I will try to find it

X100! A ton of boaters us this stuff on their aluminum hulls and it is AMAZING!
