And let's not forget that a misfire can clog a cat if it goes too long, so again the misfire is the FIRST thing to be addressed here.

There's an outside air port in the sensor, if it's plugged the sensor won't work right. FWIU it senses the difference between outside air and exhaust gas to give you the voltage feedback. Make sure that port is clean from sludge and pipe dope, etc.Its soaking in electrical cleaner right now so while that's going on I'm going to check the circuit.
Sensor on bench:
7.2 ohms
KOEO volts .17
Engine running volts .17
^^^This or, the wiring is bad but, probably not if you're getting some voltage...That sensor is reading lean. And the same running or not. Sounds like junk to me.
Put new sensor in. Still has a misfire.
