Problem after problem

So I believe I am chasing my tail but I did a 411 pick swap about two years ago and ever since I feel like I can't get the truck to run right. I've done a relearn and everything but it seems to throw the random misfire code all the time. I've replaced the plugs, wires, coil. I can't seem to catch a break. Any info or advice would be great.
