OK, 6395 is your PCM. How, or do you, plan to control timing? Here's a link to service manuals that should help you figure out your A/C and other stuff.

Another thought, you could go to the EBL Flash-II and learn how to program what you want and don't want. Since you're not going with an auto trans, it'll work.

It would be nice if OP could eliminate the PCM altogether but, I don't know if it gets the inputs for Low and High Pressure switches and then controls the compressor. Also, does the speedometer get its input from the PCM or from a DRAC/VSSB? Keep in mind, 95 was a weird transitional year. Although, it would be nice to keep it just for the SES light and MALF Codes, maybe?

Well. I know my pcm controls some of my cluster such as engine temp and I think oil pressure. I think if he did away w it none of his factory gauges would work

Maybe, it needs some research done before pulling the plug (pun intended),LOL.
