Remember when you turn the key to " on/ run " position the instrument panel goes through a short timed all lighting bulb test . Then switches to just ignition switched on. Amber / orange are lights are " notice this, information" , red lights are " warning / something critical" = no oil, no brakes, etc.
Don't forget to replace any bulbs removed or swapped over.

Ideally, you'd be able to clear the codes and see what comes back.
I try to but when I look again, they are all right back or they didn't clear, even though it says "codes cleared!" when it clears them. This includes 36 and 37....

If the speed sensors are all showing the same value, I'd expect your "36" and perhaps your "37" to go away
I ran through both 36 and 37 dtc tests and it all points to vss or connection from vss to vssb... But the connections test fine... less than 1 ohm.....vss ohm reading good....

Maybe I'm doing test wrong? It starts by saying engine idling.....Am I supposed to leave vss connected and try to get resistance in connections while it's idling? I can guess it matters just not sure why it would if they're just wanting good connections....

If the rear speed is slightly different from the front...are the tires inflated properly? Tire size difference?
I suppose there could be a couple of pound difference..will check..... sizes are same....
At least the ABS light can annoy you now
It's loud and proud for sure.....

hmmm...in the manual when it tests for multiple bpmv codes like I have, the first line of business is to clear codes. If codes don't clear, it says faulty bpmv...

Tempted to put my old GM vss back in. I think it was just dirty when I replaced it. Need to ohm it out.... The replacement GM one from Amazon GM store front said made in Taiwan, China.....
Thought that was a pretty bold move....

It was tough getting the bulb out of the tiny socket and I'm not sure if I didn't break something off inside.
Any chance to get a link to the little socket and bulb for the tiny indicators like ABS? Searching threads just gets me more lost. I don't remember changing the bigger bulbs and sockets as being challenging...

Guessing it's the PC160?
Dang bulb leads are actually part of /soldered to the sockets on the original...
That's why they're so tough to get out....
Holder says Wagner 14c....

idk...guess I'll try the PC160
Guessing PC195 is the larger ones...

Thanks. I'm sure I can still fit a bulb in the holder once I clean out the leads that broke off. Hope the pc160 is the right holder...

GM 25089349 (pc-160) is not the correct holder for the ABS warning light. It's large for the other lamps....
Guess maybe it's GM 25089349...

Anyone tired of not being able to copy text from other sites? Summit, gm parts giant, amazon, ebay....... Or is it only happening to me lately?

As in “Copy and Paste”?
Yes...
Like if I wanted to select/ copy and paste a part number to look around online, the copy selection is grayed out lately..... Maybe some new copyright, digital rights thing??
Or I'm just hacked...lol

Summit even pops up a window when you try to select the part number. Knowing you may go looking around at other places....
