i already threw it away...:/ idk why i didnt think to take pics, ill def be sure to take pics next time something this crazy happens, lol.

p.s. it was replacement as i had already replaced it once before.

OK, no biggie. Thanks for clarifying that it was a replacement board. Like I said I've never seen an original one actually come apart; my gut feeling tells me they're made better than the replacements and I prefer to fix the originals vs. buy a Chinese replacement board.

I'd say since you've replaced yours already and that one croaked, when this next replacement croaks, just hit the boneyard and get an OEM one for next to nothing, resolder the joints on it, and be good for the rest of the truck's life. :)
