Kind of hard to recommend something when there is no intended purpose for the vehicle. 5.53 gearing is way low, unless you are running 40" rubber.
Unless you have larger cubic inches, the E-tec 170's are a better fit. More torque down low where you need it in a street application, leaving very little on the table compared to the 200's, unless you are 383-406+ cubes.... and then you will run into problems with the factory injection and intake.
E-tec 170's are good to .575 lift, but that doesn't mean you need that much. .500-.540 lift is plenty for a street application, and will result in a longer valve train life, due to lower seat pressures. In all cases, you need to ensure the seat and open pressures will be adequate for your particular camshaft.
Unless you plan on spinning this engine to 7500+ rpm, you would likely want something like the LT4 hot cam kit for a 'hot' street driver, with even a bit more duration that I would like to see.
There are a few people that have builds in the 400 hp range with the stock poppet injectors, however they are pushing the limit for duty cycle and getting close to lean at WOT, high load.
With that being said, a black box computer can be reprogrammed, or you can re-pin the harness and use a 0411, each and every year has a different pin out. There is a member on this board who can help you in that regards, Lextech.
His only request is that you do not reproduce, post, or disseminate in any way, shape or form his spreadsheet that he will provide to you free of charge.
Justin at Blackbear can help you out with the tune, using the factory black box computer, or set you up with a custom tune on the 0411, using factory intake and injectors. EGR can be tuned out if you wish.
