Do some research on TBIChips before you order one from them, I heard Harris has retired due to illness and have no experience with them since. I bought one from him and was disappointed with it. Hell, I'll sell you that one for $200, chip and holder as well as the .bin file, LOL.
The best way to "tune" is to data log, modify your calibration, and data log some more etc, until you are happy with it.
Look up DynamicEfi to get it to run properly, I would even use a Jet stage2 chip before I would use Tbichips with his rep.
Given the CARB-legal parts, why do you need a "chip burned"? Run the OEM tune, which should be good enough to use the vehicle as you sort-out all "the crap" that needs to be "fixed on it first".I'm going to custom tune it at some point. Just bought truck and am trying to get all the crap fixed on it first. I know how to tune, just not ready to do it at this time. I will contact Edelbrock and have a custom chipped burned for now. But yeah, I am excited to custom tune it. Should be really easy compared to what I am used to tuning...

When you're ready to do the custom tuning, sure, you'll gain some power.
You don't want the EBL SFI-6, that's for Sequential Fuel Injection on 6 cylinder engines, you want the Flash-II for your TBI.Ebl6 looks pretty cool! That looks like the way to go. No chip swapping! Any idea what it will cost for everything?
Perfect! That's what I was hoping for. Power to 5kBTW, I have those same heads (162180), they're great for low end torque/power up to ~5200 RPM.
