You know, as much as I loved my shaved taillights and LEDs, if I were to do it all over again, I probably wouldn't have shaved them. I would have a set of the replacement LED tails instead.

I think it looks funny with a rollpan all the way across and then the steps sticking out beyond the tailgate though......I'm liking the look of the shaved. 1bad seems to have pulled it off really well and 98nightmare's looks like it's headed in the same direction. IMO, if you want to keep the steps, then keep the back bumper for the beefier and semi-stock look. But, that's just me.

1badgmc, your looks good shaved since there is a body line to break it up some..
2tone95, ive just never liked haven them.. To me they make the rear look funny from behind. :gay:Like something is missing (like the bumper) lol..

I completely agree. The rear steps are fine with a bumper, but for a rollpan, the steps really need to be gone.
