For my 1992 Silverado, I'm thinking about buying new sun visors from one of the suppliers. They look good and authentic but not the mirrors.

or

So if I buy the plain ones, is it possible to move the passenger mirror over and have someone install the elastic? I'm not sure how or if those mirros come off and go back on. I'm still not sure where to get the elastic from.

I need to look in the yards next time I go, to see if I can find a GM visor that has a mirror with an on/off switch. I swear our Buick Estate Wagon had that setup; why GM didn't have that feature on the 400s I will never understand. Oh I know it woulda cost a little bit more, but come on they were getting 25-30K for the Silverado new before the end of the run.
