Does anybody know where I can find the little trim fastener that goes in this hole here?

They used to be available at the parts houses. My truck had a 10mm bolt in that hole when I bought it lol

What year and interior color code?

For a 1999 neutral (52I) color code, it would be 15999137.
I show two available from Craig Motors - Napa GM. Phone number is (707) 224-8111.

For a 1999 gray (13I) color code, it would be 15986796.
I see nine available from one seller on eBay.

Your best option would be a salvage yard. They're going to have a lot of them, used, albeit for far cheaper.

I believe 1996 also had 52I color code. Check your RPO sticker and you should see 52I on there.

If so, 15999137 is still the part number.
