I don't think it's factory, but if I remember correctly, a few conversation companies did them, like Centurion I believe.
If it's a legit 1500, that's friggen cool.

The vin decodes as a half ton, so I guess so. Maybe it was ordered that way.

the thing that make me question it is I had thought the only crew cabs you could get were 3500s and in 99 and 00 you could get them also in 2500s with a 6.5 bed maybe some one pulled some strings and had it built. to me it looks way too plain to be a conversion but that dose not mean that is not one.

I looked up its build sheet which states it’s a 2 door reg. cab. But it could be a Centurion. Strange he wouldn’t mention that.

VIN can't come back as a crew cab, GM never made one in a 1500.

That's the good decoder, I forgot and used a bad one. I have changed my opinion, conversion for sure.
