This 4L60E I've acquainted myself with shifts very smoothly into all gears. Unfortunately, "rebuilt" isn't a unilateral term. I'd just take it easy and remember to use constant throttle getting to and while maintaining a given speed. Abruptly changing throttle position usually results in crappy shifts and it also tends to unlock the torque converter. When I drive that '02, I keep it out of overdrive unless I'm doing 45 or more.
