That metal band holding the bag to the end plate, is one reason why they're only rated for 100psi. If they're going to blow, that's where it will happen. I've seen pics of a section of the bag slipping out of that band, and that's all she wrote, so keep an eye on that part.

Even at 120psi, your shop compressor should be able to raise the truck some. Will it not move at all, with the truck's weight on it?

I'm talking about the fronts now, they are made for support, they are a coilover with the bag.
Accuair rated at 200psi
2) 5 gallon tanks
2) pumps
4) valves
1) app which monitors it or a digital in dash gauge
Are the fronts designed for trucks? A lot of the bag on strut stuff is for cars.
When you say pumps I assume you mean compressors, how many, how big, what type?

Well I just tried it 2 ways with shop compressor regulator set at 140psi
1) 1/4 hose to each bag a T fitting with one Schrader valve.
2) a separate 1/4 hoses and Schrader valves.
Either way barley lifted it I mean less then a half inch.
I'd doubt 3/8, 1/2 lines will move it any more and even at 200psi like you said it probably blow those bands off.
Well that's disappointing, anyone want some expensive paper weights?

Disappointing for sure, but better to know now, than going down the road.

Do you still have the torsion bars installed? If so, maybe crank a little bit of pressure in them, so the bags aren't doing so much work. You'll lose some drop, but might be a decent temporary solution, until a better one comes along. Just throwing out an idea, not sure if it's a good one though. lol
