^^ Both of them. Carb cleaner will do the trick. I wouldn't use WD40, it is an oil and will cause debris to stick to the engine. Carb cleaner dries immediately. And still check the brake booster. Pop the vacuum line off the intake and cap it. Again, if the booster has a vacuum leak then when you put your foot on the brake while in drive then the engine will stutter. It won't do it in park or neutral because most of the time your foot isn't on the brake pedal, and even if it is the idle is higher so it won't drop too low to cause the issue.
