Yes, many of us do mechanic work in own garage lol
But personally I prefer to visit specialised service, we have 10 of them in Moscow. They focus on american vehicles only, have professional equipment, GM Tech1 and Tech2 diagnostic tools, parts, oils and stuff

You all should make accounts and post! It's always fun to see pictures of these trucks in different countries. I remember seeing pictures of a GMT400 Suburban in Japan once, it looked so strange parked next to all the tiny Dihatsus and stuff on the streets.
