Headlight harness

I’ve got a 1990 GMC C1500 and wondering if all the headlight harnesses were the same for 88-98? Mine has been messed with and spliced into and I was just wanting to get one that hasn’t been messed with and didn’t know if they were all the same or not. Thanks I’m advance.

Short answer is, "No."
There's 3 different ones, I believe. Someone smarter than me should be along shortly... I can only count to Potato, lol!

It may be cheaper and easier to buy a Painless Performance harness upgrade for that truck.

I just looked at the price of a Painless headlight harness upgrade kit and 'bout had a coronary--I had no idea they are that expensive these days.

While cannibalizing a wrecked Suburban a few years ago the owner mentioned he had two Painless headlight kits and two Painless 4 hi mod kits still in the boxes (I didn't ask why, the owner was kinda' strange). I bought all four kits for $50 total........
