Has anyone done a LS1 TB swap yet?

And what i did to make it fit on the stock air inlet was cut off the retaining tabs, and then grind down the plastic to make it a smooth circle. Go to Lowes and get a 4" to 3" flexible coupling and wala. it all fits. IT will take quite a bit of force to get the 3" side on. and make sure to get a hose clamp for a 4-5" because it will stretch the 3" side to about 4.5"

Seems like it would be really easy to make that fit with an open element filter

Did the shaft on the 350 TB have a big enough slot for the 5.3 blade?

is it possible to weld on the shaft and grind it down at the right angle to fit the TPS?
