Factory foam in cab corners

Should I remove the factory installed “foam” from the cab corners, front & rear? My Texas truck is solid-no rust and I want to keep it that way. Anybody have any experience removing this stuff? Kinda looks like a pain in the butt.

I don't think you will be able to remove all of it from the top side. The stuff gets deep down in there.

That foam isn't going to cause rust, the rust starts lower.
It is NVH foam, the truck will be noisier without it.

This ended up being a problem for me, and I ended up putting foam back in that area. If anybody that is considering doing this is worried about noise...
