Driver's side fresh air duct cover - #57 in the parts pic - GM 15531045
Does this install from the cabin side, tabs pointing up?
Or from the wiper cowl side, tabs pointing down?
Truck is an '89 C2500 Non-A/C truck that originally came with the fresh air duct, I'm removing the air duct and installing the cover, and I can't tell from the parts pic.
