I have the older version of this. At the time I bought mine, the hydraulic unit was painted black, and there was no tubing cutter included. I added the 37 degree flaring die set later.

Ridgid makes a good flaring tool. Parker Hannefin and Swagelock make good compression fittings for SS, a bit pricey but they are worth it to me.
