DOOR PANEL HELP

Okay so i'm planning on painting my door panels this weekend and I was curious as to what door panel retainers are y'all using? If anyone could help, part numbers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

just did this myself in my '94. replaced ALL the clips in both door panels and there were plenty in a single package for both panels with a few extra left over.
