Does a throttle body spacer realy work?

well this guy is sell one (throttle body with it done) with 55lb injectecors and the only thing it needs is pods for injectores.He will take 55 bucks for it and i think i might go ahead and buy it and do all the upgrades that you have leasted.

Yeah yeah i slaped my oh forhead when i saw what i wrote,i am going to attept to try to make it and then the other stuff on tp of it too how much power do you think i can make out of this?
