You need factor in the 20-22” wheels on newer trucks !! And the front half’s are just getting outta control on how big they are vs bed size it’s wild but yeah if you had even 18’s you’d be close to same height

Saw this Chevy at the Stafford O'Reilly's. It has a 2" cowl hood on it, looks pretty nice. Guy said he is getting the upper body and hood painted( it's starting to peel). We talked a minute about how these are good trucks but sometimes they'll drive you crazy at the parts store....

This silver one was at a Walmart in SW Houston, and he left right as we did. Looks nice, unusual to see a silver one, not near as common as gold or pewter.
The other one was at lunch, truck day at Jacinto City DQ. Literally most of the time we were there, everything in the lot and drive thru was some kind of pickup (mostly crew cabs!).

Like all of my vehicles lately, in the process of being repaired. New hubs, rotors, pads, calipers, hoses. And tons of brake lube to go around on the pins and slide-y parts.
