guys I'm going to be throwing a crate motor in my truck and wanted to know if you guys could suggest the best source to get one from beyond Summit and Jegs. I'm in Texas if that matters. Any of the people on eBay trustworthy? I'm not sure what motor I'm going with as of yet.

I thought there was a decent hot rod shop down there in CC. I remember someone telling me about it, but I can't remember the name. That would be my first choice though. Find someone local to build it for you.

Good to know, my bud's truck runs grate, it is a beast. He got one of the 383, 370 HP Vortec engine.
That company has a horrible reputation- seems like your 'lucky' if you even get a running motor from that company, let alone a properly running motor.

I like Scoggin Dickey Chevrolet in Lubbock Texas, they sell lots of different crate engines.
