Combination Multi-Function Switch Help

So I installed a junkyard steering column, Afterwords I figured out my wipers sprayer and turn signal lights are no longer working. I sat here thinking of what it could be. What I’ve come up with is the connector is different? The new column has the multi functional switch that has wire that runs down column with blade style connector. Old one did not, old one is the assembly in column style. Need some advice what can I do? Oh yeah I have a 1993 Chevy C1500 and I believe new column is out of a 91 suburban.

The 1991 suburban was still considered a square body. So that could be why it is different. You got the wrong column for your truck go get a correct one.

The square body truck steering column is similar to the 94 back 400 column, but not exactly the same. So yes, you need a 400 series column.
But on the other hand, you don't have to deal with the airbag like we 95 up truck fixers do!

Not all of them had air bags lol my 1500 does not, but my steering wheel has been swapped to a GMC one for the 3500 over 8600lbs.

Turned out to be a lose dirty connection? Unplugged column and wiper connectors, Plugged them back in. Gave the wipers a couple taps and everything started working, Wipers intermittent. Turn signal light are led were installed backwards. Thanks for help
